This is a rare vintage promotional bottle opener from Boag’s Brewery (James Boag & Son) of Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. A Unique Piece for any collector! I was not able to find anything like it when I was doing my research.
The opener features a wooden handle in the shape of a beer bottle with a metal opener top. The front retains the original Boag’s Lager label, a great piece of breweriana history from one of Tasmania’s most recognized breweries, established in 1883.
